INFORMATION ON INGREDIENTS USED IN MY PRODUCTS:

ALLANTOIN POWDER:

The sources of allantoin are natural extraction and chemical synthesis. Allantoin is extracted from the roots and leaves of comfrey. It has anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidant, keratolytic and skin softening effects, as well as anti-trichomoniasis and promote cell proliferation. Allantoin can promote the production of skin cells, and make wounds heal quickly. Allantoin promotes tissue growth, cell metabolism, and softens the skin.

ACTIVATED CHARCOAL:

Activated charcoal is made from coconut shells, washed for purity, and is pH neutral. Activated charcoal effectively cleanses the skin, unclogs pores, removes deeper impurities, and dead skin cells. The result is smooth, supple, and even-toned skin.

ALOE VERA GEL:

Aloe Vera gel stimulates hair growth. The translucent gel inside the Aloe Vera plant contains many vitamins and enzymes.

Relieves dry Itchy Scalp and maintains the pH balance of the scalp. Aloe Vera helps to combat frizzy hair.

 

ALOE VERA POWDER:

Calms an itchy scalp. Deep cleans oily hair without hurting your hair strands. Aloe Vera contains vitamins A, C, and E.

All three of these vitamins contribute to cell turnover, promoting healthy cell growth and shiny beautiful hair. When your scalp has been cleansed and your hair has been conditioned with Aloe Vera, you may see that hair breakage and loss slows down.

 

ARGAN OIL:

Argan Oil is rich in vitamin E and essential fatty acids. It is often used to add moisturizing properties to shampoos, lotions and creams. Argan oil is commonly used in hair care products to help repair split ends.

ALMOND OIL:

Almond oil alleviates dry skin and benefits the skin by reducing inflammation. This benefit is mostly due to the presence of linoleic acid in almond oil. Almond oil's linoleic acid reduces inflammatory responses of neutrophils and macrophages.

 

ARITHA POWDER:

Aritha powder, from ancient times is known to be the best treatment for hair problems. Aritha is also known to be very much effective in the removal of dandruff, leaving your hair soft and silky.

AVOCADO OIL:

Avocado oil has antioxidant effects and encourages collagen production. Collagen is vital for ensuring that the skin stays firm. Avocado oil treats blemished skin.

AMLA POWDER:

Amla powder is rich in vitamin C. When used in hair products Amla powder cures skin dryness and prevents the accumulation of scalp dandruff . It is said to have anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial properties is very effective in stopping dandruff formation.

BEESWAX:

The rich amounts of vitamin A, contained in yellow beeswax, have a good effect on human skin health. Beeswax is an excellent rejuvenating agent  and can help a lot in getting rid of black spots on skin and reducing acne as well. Beeswax can help to improve blood circulation in skin cells.

BAKING SODA:

Baking soda is a natural alkaline that neutralizes acids and washes away oils and/or dirt on the skin. Baking soda is a natural particle that dissolves while cleansing the skin.

BRAHMI POWDER:

When using Brahmi powder on the hair regularly, you will notice that the number of split ends lower drastically while 

reducing hair loss, keeping the roots of the hair well-nourished. Brahmi powder helps to eliminate dandruff.

BHRINGRAJ POWDER:

Bhringraj is very useful for premature greying of the hair and will greatly help reverse greying of hair if used on a regular basis. Bhringraj powder helps treat dandruff. Bhringraj powder has anti bacterial and anti fungal properties, so it can help treat all types of scalp infections really well. Scalp inflammation can be caused by either fungal or bacterial infections and since bhringraj powder has anti microbial properties, it can help to treat both.

BTMS- 25 & BTMS - 50:

BTMS 25 and/or BTMS 50 is a conditioning Vegetable based Emulsifier. Used in the preparation of shampoos, foam baths, sensitive skin preparations, children's cleaners and laundry detergents. BTMS - 25 along with BTMS - 50 are emulsified waxes that produce thick and creamy emulsions. Creating a light, hydrating feeling that has great detangling and softening properties.

C-3 SOY WAX BLEND:

 100% soybean wax used in our jar candles. This wax is all natural and gives a great scent throw when burning.

​

C-6 SOY/COCONUT WAX BLEND:

 This wax is an all natural blend of coconut and soy waxes. It makes a beautiful even burning candle.

​

CANOLA OIL:

Canola contains Vitamin E, an anti-oxidant that will help to protect your skin. Canola oil also contains omega 3 and 6 fatty acids, which help to combat premature ageing and soothe dry, irritated skin.

​

CASTOR OIL:

Castor oil softens hair, soothes dry scalp. Castor oil penetrates skin quickly, stimulating the production of collagen and elastin. It softens, hydrates and nourishes skin. It helps skin maintain a youthful appearance.

 

CETYL ALCOHOL:

Cetyl alcohol is soothing for the skin and is one of the most non toxic natural skincare ingredients available. Cetyl alcohol helps thicken, emulsify and add texture to cosmetic products.

CITRIC ACID:

Citric acid helps in the regeneration and repair of broken skin tissues. It rejuvenates the skin by making it soft and supple.

Citric acid helps in doing away with fine lines and wrinkles. It also helps to delay the aging process of the skin.

COCONUT OIL:

Coconut oil is made up of medium chain fatty acids which help to reduce dryness and protect skin. Coconut oil provides a protective barrier, helping shield skin from environmental elements. Coconut oil minimizes the look of fine lines and wrinkles.

COCOA BUTTER:

Cocoa butter has a high concentration of antioxidants, which help fight off free-radical damage to the skin. Cocoa butter has vitamins A, C, and E that act as antioxidants. Cocoa butter is a natural, pure vegetable fat extracted from the cocoa seeds found inside the pod. Cocoa butter is derived from the vegetable fat of the cocoa bean.

COLLOIDAL OATMEAL:

Natural colloidal oatmeal creates a film on top of the skin surface and helps strengthen skin barrier function. Colloidal oatmeal helps fight skin inflammation. The polyphenols in oatmeal may possess anti-inflammatory properties, soothes irritated skin. Colloidal oatmeal adds moisture to the skin and works as an emollient.

CHAMOMILE HERBS:

Helps speed wound healing, can reduce inflammation, cleanse the wound, bring much needed moisture to the damaged tissues, and soothe. Fades Dark Spots and Hyperpigmentation. Hyperpigmentation is the technical term for the darkening of the skin. Chamomile relieves eczema and dermatitis.

CREAM OF TARTAR:

Cream of Tartar is also called potassium hydrogen tartrate. Cream of Tartar is a powder made from the crystalline residue found inside wine casks and is refined from the brownish deposits into a white powder. Cream of tartar acts as a stabilizer that allows the rest of the ingredients to adhere to one another.

COCOMIDOPROPYL BETAINE:

Cocomidopropyl Betaine is a surfactant which can enhance the softness of hair and skin. It is the main ingredient in the preparation of mild baby shampoo, baby foam bath and baby skin care products. It is an excellent addition in conditioner bars and other hair care products.

DL-PANTHENOL:

Improves moisture retention in the skin. DL-Panthenol penetrates the lower skin layers and imbues water into the cells.

Along with retaining moisture in the skin, it also helps stimulate cells that boost hair growth.

EPSOM SALTS:

Epsom salt has huge amounts of Magnesium that are very good for the skin, which helps relieve stress. Epsom salt in bath products help relieve stress and joint pain.

GUAR GUM POWDER:

Guar Gum powder increases the skin's natural moisture and works as a positive charge to help the damaged cells of the skin and hair bond better.

GRAPESEED OIL:

Grapeseed oil helps clear up acne. Unlike other natural oils, grapeseed oil is non-comedogenic, and due to high levels of linoleic acid, this powerful oil can keep your pores from getting clogged. Grapeseed oil moisturizes the skin. If you have combination skin, eczema or rosacea, you could benefit from using this oil.

HIMALAYAN PINK SALT:

Pink himalayan salt is an excellent skin detoxifier. It also exfoliates dead skin cells and balances skin ph.

HYDROLYSED OAT PROTEIN:

Hydrolysed oat protein helps to create a protective layer on your skin’s surface. Oat proteins have the capability of creating a protective layer on your skin’s surface because of its polysaccharide fibers called beta-glucans. These beta-glucans found in oats help support faster wound healing and contains humectant properties, which draws in moisture that soothes skin that’s inflamed and dry. It is gentle on your skin. Hydrolyzed oat flour contains saponins reduce the dirt on the surface of your skin.

JATAMANSI POWDER:

Using Jatamansi oil on the scalp helps manage scalp infections and prevents greying due to its antifungal and antioxidant properties. Jatamansi contains antioxidants and promotes hair growth as it helps to increase the follicular size and elongate the growth phase of hair

MANGO BUTTER:

The nutritional values of Mango butter are in abundance, from vitamins to minerals to antioxidants. Mangiferin, found in the seeds, skin and kernels of the mango fruit boasts natural antioxidants, vitamins A and E, and essential fatty acids. Wont leave your skin or hair feeling greasy.

MANJISTHA POWDER:

Manjistha powder sanitizes, purifies your scalp, helps restore your scalp’s pH, and promotes hair growth.

NEEM LEAVES:

Neem leaves promote hair growth, helps control dandruff, itching, relieves eczema symptoms. Keeps the scalp feeling healthy.

OLIVE OIL:

Olive oil offers antioxidant protection that has anti-aging benefits by restoring damaged skin cells. Olive oil does not clog pores. Antioxidants in olive oil can reach deep into the pores to help remove dead skin cells, dirt, and even blackheads.

PROPANEDIOL 1, 3:

is a natural, propylene glycol alternative derived from corn sugar, used as a humectant, hair and skin conditioner, preservative booster, and solvent with a light, non-sticky, slightly dry skin feel.

 

POLYSORBATE -80:

Polysorbate 80 is a nonionic surfactant and emulsifier often used in food and bath products.

 

SIDR POWDER:

Sidr powder moisturizes and conditions hair. Soothes itchy and sore scalp while purifying irritated skin. Sidr powder gives strength to hair while making your scalp healthier, silky and voluminous.

SHIKAKAI POWDER:

Shikakai has been used for dandruff for many years. It has anti-fungal properties and essential nutrients to nourish the scalp. Shikakai powder has the ability to maintain optimum pH level and astringent nature, helping fight scalp infections. The anti-fungal properties of shikakai powder nourish your scalp and prevent itching and dryness. When used regularly, shikakai powder can give you stronger, thicker hair with less hair fall.

SILK AMINO ACID POWDER:

Silk Amino Acid contains alanine, glycine and serine. It protects hair from moisture loss and conditions it to provide a silky smoothness.

SODIUM COCOYL ISETHIONATE NOODLES - SCI:

Sodium cocoyl isethionate is a gentle surfactant based fatty acid derived from coconut oil. It acts as a foaming and cleansing agent. SCI is sulfate-free and biodegradable.
 

SODIUM COCO SULFATE NOODLES - SCS:

Sodium Coco Sulfate is a non-irritating, gentle surfactant that is derived from natural coconut oil giving it natural conditioning properties.

SODIUM LAURYL SULFOACETATE POWDER - SLSA:

Sodium Lauryl Sulfoacetate or (SLSa) is a gentle natural surfactant a solid anionic surfactant of vegetable origin. It is not the same as Sodium Lauryl Sulfate (SLS).

SHEA BUTTER:

High in vitamin and mineral content known to benefit dry skin. Its fat content is responsible for its emollient and humectant properties. Shea butter treats acne and blemishes. It is known for its healing properties, which can be attributed to the presence of several fatty acids and plant sterols. Shea butter contains vitamin A and E with essential fatty acids which are believed to add moisture and shine to the hair.

VITAMIN - E:

Vitamin - E oil is an excellent antioxidant that helps to protect skin cells from damage.
